How Do I Place An Order?
You can either place an order on our site if you find something you love, or message us personally to set up a custom order and we will walk you through the checkout process!
Payment & Shipping
Shipping and tax will be automatically added on upon checkout.
**If you enter your address wrong and the package is returned, you will be responsible for the funds for a new shipment. PLEASE double check your address!
Orders are anywhere from 7-28 business days processing and then shipment. You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Our main goal is to make sure our customers are 100% comfortable and happy with their purchase and will be returning. If you have purchased an item from us and it is not PERFECT and what you had in mind, please message us and we will make it right!
Unfortunately, due to covid and customization, there will be no refunds due to sizing on our garments. Our garments are all true to size unless marked differently.
If you have a custom order, we will send you a digital mock up of your design. It is your responsibility to make sure it looks how you want it to, including spelling and graphics. After you "ok" your design, it will be on your garment exactly as shown.
There will be no cancellations once orders are in production which is right after the order is placed.
*Jamma Vinyl and Design collects 9% for each states sales tax and handling.
